I’m pretty stoked for our Christmas menu. I’ll be cooking several new things.
Christmas morning breakfast:
A Christmas Ham! One of those you buy that’s already cut in a spiral. I’ve always wanted to make one of those!
Dessert/Husband’s Birthday Treat:
Homemade pizookies! We’re going to try making them using a gluten-free cookie mix and coconut ice cream. We’ll see how it turns out.
Christmas will be a simple day as it will only be the two of us (plus the dog). Far different from the Thanksgiving feast for six, but I still anticipate it being wonderful. Am looking forward to a relaxed and blessed day celebrating the birth of the Savior and the many gifts we’ve received this year. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
