I know everyone else has already posted their Thanksgiving reflections and moved on to Christmas, but I was in school and didn’t have time. At least I’m getting this in before Christmas happens. Anyway, here is the review of our first Colorado Thanksgiving.
Since we just moved a couple of months ago, are embracing the broke grad student life, and Mike has a new job where he can’t really get that much time off, we decided to stay home for all the holidays this year. However, we happen to have four friends who were without family obligations for Thanksgiving, and they drove out to see us!
There was some snowboarding, some Tea Factory-ing, LOTS of video games, and plenty of cooking:
And plenty of eating:
It was a bummer to not be with family for the first time ever, but these wonderful friends made this a memorable Thanksgiving. Love them bunches!
