Sleep is important for healthy living and weight loss. There’s fancy science that talks about cortisol levels and all this stuff that basically boils down to if you sleep in a completely dark room, your body will be happier. You’ll sleep better, and very possible lose more weight. When we got blackout curtains and darkened our bedroom, I started sleeping significantly better. Now I just need to actually sleep for more hours. That’s all for today. I needed to sleep more, so I’m blogging less.
