-Getting up at 4:45 to chop onions
-Cooking again tonight
-Cooking more today because you got too tired cooking yesterday/last weekend
-Giving up a large portion of time to cook
-Being the awkward one at social events
-Remembering to always carry some food, and then forgetting
Yeah, these things suck for me. You likely have other things on your list. These things extra suck on the 30 days of strict eating because there’s no give for cheat meals. Once you transition out of the strict time and into the lifestyle, these things still suck, but they aren’t as bad. Going out for margaritas and nachos on Friday night makes the Saturday cooking a little less burdensome. We’re almost two weeks down. Many of you are likely thinking about all the things you’re going to change in 19 days. That’s cool. If you decide to keep any of this, you need to make it work for you. “Our” plaeo lifestyle won’t necessarily match “your” paleo lifestyle.
It’s almost Friday.
