Kabobs are one of our favorite paleo foods. The only drawback is that they are a bit of work and even harder to make in bulk. However, they are UBER tasty!
I use a variety of things on our kabobs, so I’ll just list them all. Pick and choose as you will.
-chicken wrapped in bacon
-zucchini or yellow squash
I typically assemble the kabobs and then season the whole thing with cayenne and garlic powder. Also spray with some coconut oil to help with sticking to the grill. Then husband does something out on the barbecue. I don’t know what. I’m not often “allowed” to use the grill. 😉
