Quickest and Easiest

Here are things to have on hand for when you need something that doesn’t take a lot of effort.

-Bacon & eggs. We typically fry the bacon and then fry the eggs in the bacon grease.

-Scrambled eggs, spinach, and onions. Saute onions in coconut oil. Scramble the eggs, add seasonings of your choice. I usually use cayenne and garlic powder. Scramble in pan. Add spinach at end.

-Trader Joe’s sausage. Cut and fry Spicy Italian or Garlic Herb varieties in some coconut oil. You can also saute some onions first and then add sausage.

-Steak and eggs. Sear the steak for a couple of minutes on each side then put in the oven at 400 for about 8 minutes. Cook eggs to your liking while that’s in the oven.

-Saute some onions and minced garlic in coconut oil. Add 1 lb of ground beef and brown. Throw in some zucchini and diced tomatoes.

There you go. Five very quick and easy meals. They are a little light on veggies though. Make a side salad or something to get those in. We often have a salad sitting in the fridge to eat with whatever else.
